Engineering for Mixed Signal ICs addressing efficient power delivery in AI data centers Cooperate with application engineering, analog and
digital IC design
teams to find optimal system solutions targeting best in the industry performance Drive the definition of
microcontroller
based digital architecture for multiphase power controllers, firmware architecture, digital and mixed signal chip architecture, digital signal processing, control system design and modeling Evaluate
system specifications
and functional requirements Draft
IC top-level
functional requirements and sub-block specifications Execute
proof of concept
through system modeling/simulations and FPGA based hardware prototyping
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Advanced Degree
(MSEE / PhD) 10 years of experience in System/Concept Engineering ; Cores &Subsystems, System Modeling; Digital Design; Chip Architecture. Proven track record of system engineering for
high volume production
mixed-signal ICs Experience in IC requirements definition and performance analysis of system, components, blocks, hierarchy and
key sub-blocks Strong expertise in
Analytical and Behavioral modeling
tools: MATLAB/Simulink, C/System Verilog, Verilog/VHDL, Simetrix/Simplis, Python, or equivalent Deep understanding of
power management,
SMPS topologies, precision analog circuits, feedback control loops, DSP, ADC, PWM, HW/FW partitioning, digital interfaces, mixed signal IC partitioning Hands-on experience with
FPGA
based hardware prototyping
