In your new role, you will be responsible for

defining

and

developing next-generation digital

and

analog hot-swap controllers , and i ntegrated e-Fuse solutions . Your part requires a s trong system-level understanding , e xcellent communication skills , and the ability to t ranslate customer

and

market needs

into i nnovative product specification

s .

In your new role you will:

Define technical specifications

for future hot-swap controllers

by

gathering insights

from

customers ,

market trends , and

application requirements

across

AI computing ,

data centers ,

servers , and

telecom Contribute innovative concepts

and

ideas

for

product architecture

and

performance enhancements Perform product-to-system validation , including hardware design, system verification planning, and test reporting Create technical product collateral

such as application notes, white papers, evaluation boards, simulation models, and training material Engage directly with customers

to support successful design-ins and secure design-wins Collaborate with customers

to resolve technical challenges and lead failure analysis for returned components when needed

You're a

Your toolkit for success includes: A master degree

in

Electrical Engineering

(or equivalent) 8+ years of experience

in

D

esign Engineering ,

Applications Engineering, or System Architecting. Deep knowledge

of

semiconductor design ,

system applications , and

power supply control techniques Hands-on experience with

digital

/

analog controllers

for power management Familiarity with

safety standards ,

EMI compliance , and

PCB design tools

(Altium or Allegro) Proficiency in using

simulation tools

to model and validate complex systems

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

El Segundo, CA Minimum of $218,160 base salary per year Maximum of $299,970base salary per year
