This position provides executive administrative support to the VP, Sustainment Operations, Executive Director, Military Engines Global Depot Operations, and the Executive Director, Military Engines Global Sustainment Services, and several other senior level leaders on the Sustainment Operations Team. You are a highly motivated, self-reliant, focused, and exceptionally organized individual who performs a wide range of administrative functions under minimal direction and exhibits a positive can-do attitude, sound decision-making and excellent problem-solving skills. You are resourceful, you anticipate needs before there is a problem, and you take initiative to find workable solutions. What You Will Do: Performing administrative and clerical tasks with a high attention to detail; managing calendars while ensuring that scheduled meetings include detailed agendas and all necessary logistics are accommodated (i.e., meeting locations are appropriate for equipment needs); managing schedules to provide advance notice on important meetings to support appropriate preparation Screening/fielding incoming inquiries, scheduling requests, and effectively managing incoming and outgoing communications in an efficient and confidential manner. Providing timely responses, as well as direct items to appropriate individuals for action and/or informational purposes; managing electronic distribution lists and organizational charts. Managing confidential information and material on a regular basis; managing supplies for the department, ordering and organizing as necessary Processing and tracking of invoices. Planning and arranging significant domestic and international travel, and processing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner; arranging catering for internal and external meetings. Formatting of presentations and materials for various reviews; creating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents as required. Developing Standard Work where applicable; supporting special projects and assignments as required. Partnering with Military Engines Leadership and their Executive Administrative Assistants to establish clear communication and coverage for one another, as required. Qualifications You Must Have: AA/AS degree with at least 6+ years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with at least 10+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior level executives. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. Qualifications We Prefer: Provide strong examples of being resourceful with ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated expertise with Office software suite (MS Office tools). Knowledge of PW business systems and toolsets (e.g., travel, time & attendance, personnel). Knowledge of PW problem-solving approach & continuous improvement principles (CORE). Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations and all levels of management. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, and Business fields is preferred. The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
