Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: Review, organize, and manage legal documents including contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and compliance filings. Coordinate and submit required state filings, such as annual reports and business qualifications. Handle Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and monitor legal obligations across various business units. Maintain and organize the internal contract repository and ensure proper digital filing. Assist with legal correspondence, including demand letters and breach notifications. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for business partners and vendors. Liaise with internal departments such as Business Development, Owner Success, and Collections. Manage legal systems and tools, including DocuSign, ContractSafe, and CreditSafe. Essential Skills: Administrative support Data entry Legal administrative tasks Contract management Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry. Experience with UCC filings and contract management is highly desirable. Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office setting. The position requires proficiency in using legal systems and tools such as DocuSign, ContractSafe, and CreditSafe. The work environment is collaborative, involving coordination with multiple internal departments. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Little Chute, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
