Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Open, close, and perform maintenance on all deposit accounts
Gather regulatory information required, prepare all paperwork, and have documents properly signed and completed
Provide customer support for all electronic banking products, including debit cards and credit cards
Miscellaneous cash handling responsibilities and other teller functions as necessary
Cross-selling other bank products
Direct customer service and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required Prior experience is preferred Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills including attentiveness and information retention Strong ability to work with others in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment
