Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Open, close, and perform maintenance on all deposit accounts
• Gather regulatory information required, prepare all paperwork, and have documents properly signed and completed
• Provide customer support for all electronic banking products, including debit cards and credit cards
• Miscellaneous cash handling responsibilities and other teller functions as necessary
• Cross-selling other bank products
• Direct customer service and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior experience is preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills including attentiveness and information retention
• Strong ability to work with others in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy
• Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment
