CIP works with Faculty Members, Specialist III and work study staff to maintain maintenance school aircraft, labs areas, training aides, office work and repair parts requisitioning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Use of hand tools, computer navigation skills, basic math abilities, good verbal or written communicator. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities. Minimum qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications

Welding experience. Able to work without supervision. Self starter. Good mechanical aptitude. Good organizational skills.
