Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and events Grow relationships with current accounts to become a go-to resource for hiring needs Conduct engaging client presentations both in-person and virtually Partner closely with recruiters to ensure the best talent solutions for clients Navigate challenges, negotiate confidently, and secure deals Collaborate with internal teams to increase revenue opportunities Business Development Manager Requirements:
Proven B2B sales success; must have a track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targets Competitive, motivated, and eager to exceed goals Skilled at building relationships and closing deals Excellent communication and presentation abilities Desire for career growth in a high-performance environment Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote) Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $60-75K, commensurate with experience, and first-year OTE is up to $120,000+.
