Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage workflow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare construction regulations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
  • Manage material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
  • Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project goals.
