Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure all punch-list items are addressed before project handover.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
