Location: Irvine, California Position Details: Physical Therapist (PT) role Contract position for the current school year (CSY) Work within a K-12 school environment Responsibilities: Assess students physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapy interventions to support students' mobility, strength, and coordination Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student participation and success Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations related to therapeutic services Qualifications: Licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, preferably K-12 Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques suited for pediatric populations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse student needs Benefits and Perks: Gain valuable experience working in a dynamic school environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students academic and physical development Professional growth through interdisciplinary teamwork and educational training Qualified candidates interested in fostering student success through physical therapy services are encouraged to apply for this contract opening.
