A K-12 educational institution in Salem, VA, is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students throughout the school year. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention services to support students mental health and well-being. Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral support. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and share insights to foster student success. Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant laws and guidelines. Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Valid state certification or license for School Psychology. Experience working with K-12 student populations. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.
