Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate student needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and ethical standards Preferred Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 populations Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Edgewood, Maryland Employment Type: Contract, covering the current school year (CSY) This opportunity is ideal for a School Psychologist committed to fostering student growth in a supportive educational environment.
