This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work within an elementary school setting, providing specialized support to young learners. The role focuses on managing an elementary caseload and delivering speech therapy services Monday through Friday for 6.5 hours each day. The position is a contract assignment for the North School Year (NSY) and is ideal for candidates passionate about pediatric speech therapy and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices.

Key qualifications and experience include: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric healthcare and school-based settings Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required Knowledge of and experience working with AAC devices SLPA healthcare experience may also be relevant Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, in an elementary school environment Core responsibilities: Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized speech therapy interventions Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals Utilizing AAC devices to enhance communication outcomes for students Delivering direct therapy services both in-person and potentially via teletherapy Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed This position includes the benefit of a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with consistent hours each day. The director is currently conducting interviews and prepared to move quickly on qualified candidates interested in making a meaningful impact in pediatric speech services.
