to support its

Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care Unit (CCU),

Role Highlights:

Verify and manage complex medication orders

Conduct clinical consults and optimize drug therapy

Round with interdisciplinary teams in ED and ICU

Respond to acute codes (stroke, sepsis, cardiac arrest, trauma)

Lead and support antimicrobial stewardship efforts

What Were Looking For:

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

PGY1 residency

or 3+ years of recent inpatient clinical experience

Confident clinical decision-maker and team collaborator

Licensed in PA or open to obtaining (licensure support provided)

Committed to high-level, patient-focused pharmacy practice
