Soliant Health is seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Pharmacists for permanent positions in a highly collaborative hospital environment located in Central Pennsylvania. These positions offer the opportunity to work across multiple clinical areasincluding the Emergency Department (ED) and Critical Care Unit (CCU)with active participation in an antimicrobial stewardship team.

Unlike larger institutions where pharmacists may be confined to a single unit, this position provides meaningful experience across both ED and CCU, allowing pharmacists to expand their clinical competencies across high-acuity settings.

Key Responsibilities: Medication order entry, verification, and profile review for appropriateness
Provide drug information and clinical consults to medical staff
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds in ED and CCU
Engage in pharmacist-managed consults and drug therapy monitoring per protocol
Respond to acute patient care scenarios including stroke, trauma, sepsis, and cardiac arrest
Contribute to the hospitals antibiotic stewardship initiatives
Ideal Candidate: Holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
Completion of PGY1 residency
or
at least 3 years of current clinical experience
Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain PA license
Experience in critical care or emergency medicine is a plus
Comfortable using Meditech or similar EMR systems
