Soliant Health is seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Pharmacists for permanent positions in a highly collaborative hospital environment located in Central Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities: Medication order entry, verification, and profile review for appropriateness

Provide drug information and clinical consults to medical staff

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds in ED and CCU

Engage in pharmacist-managed consults and drug therapy monitoring per protocol

Respond to acute patient care scenarios including stroke, trauma, sepsis, and cardiac arrest

Contribute to the hospitals antibiotic stewardship initiatives

Ideal Candidate: Holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

Completion of PGY1 residency

or

at least 3 years of current clinical experience

Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain PA license

Experience in critical care or emergency medicine is a plus

Comfortable using Meditech or similar EMR systems
