Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create comprehensive support plans. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions aimed at promoting student well-being. Facilitate crisis intervention and provide follow-up support as needed. Organize workshops and seminars for parents and staff on social-emotional learning.
