The Role: Blue Compass RV is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the dealership by providing administrative support and handling front-desk responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests and will help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting multiple departments with clerical and organizational tasks.

What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them with professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining dealership files.
- Support the Sales, Service, and Administrative teams with documentation, forms, and customer communication.
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces remain organized, clean, and professional.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
What you can bring to the table
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business/administrative training preferred.
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
