About the role:

  • An established and confidential mechanical contractor is seeking a Licensed Plumbing Project Manager to manage commercial multi-family construction projects across North and South Carolina. This is an on-site, full-time position with an immediate start, due to a leadership transition within the business. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of plumbing installations—managing teams, subcontractors, schedules, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • This is a critical position offering competitive compensation, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a reputable team on large-scale commercial projects.

  • Sector: Commercial (Multi-Family)
  • Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year
  • Additional Package: Vehicle allowance, PTO, Holidays, 401k, Healthcare
  • Reporting to: Senior Leadership

About the candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will be a licensed plumbing professional in both NC & SC with 5–10 years of experience in commercial project management.
  • You should be comfortable leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • We are open to candidates relocating to the Carolinas for this opportunity. What matters most is your licensing, leadership, and ability to take ownership of project delivery.

Must-Haves:

  • Valid Plumbing License in North Carolina and South Carolina (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in commercial plumbing project management
  • Strong on-site leadership and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of local codes and compliance requirements
