Overview

Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Think Tell Junction. Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
  • Manage appointment schedules for office staff and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and creating reports as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phone systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
