We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth communication between different departments. This role requires not only excellent organizational skills but also exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant role
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
