Overview

We are hiring a Healthcare IT Business Analyst to support mission-critical applications used for risk reporting, patient safety, and security systems within a hospital environment. This position is based in Waukesha, WI (Hybrid 23 days onsite/week).

Job Title: Healthcare IT Business Analyst (RL6 / Milestone / ALM)

Location: Waukesha, WI (Hybrid 23 days onsite/week)

Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible). This duration is subject to changes based on the project's requirements and/or the client's sole discretion.

Industry: Healthcare (Payer / Provider / Hospital)

Pay Rate: $35/hr - $40/hr on W2 All Inclusive Danta Technologies payroll

What You'll Do

• Provide support and enhancement of healthcare IT applications like Milestone, RL6, and RFT Baby Safe Place
• Manage and participate in application lifecycle activities, including upgrades and testing
• Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams
• Analyze operational workflows and translate into system support requirements
• Provide on-site support for system changes, testing, and issue resolution as needed

Must-Have Qualifications

• 34+ years of experience in IT Business or Application Analysis
• Healthcare industry experience (Hospital, Payer, or Provider)
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with:
  • Milestone (security camera system)
  • RL6 (risk and feedback reporting)
  • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Strong communication & client-facing skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to learn new applications quickly

Preferred Experience

• Applications like RFT Baby Safe Place, elopement systems, and Proximity sensors
• Workflow understanding in risk reporting, infant/patient safety, and compliance systems
