Overview

Waukesha State Bank is looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Electronic Banking department! Our Online Banking Specialist will deliver top-notch service to business customers by setting up online banking access, e-statements, and Treasury Management services like ACH, wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and Remote/Mobile Deposit Capture. You'll also troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep our customers' banking running smoothly.

You'll gain hands-on experience with wire transfers, Directo a Mexico processing, and ACH file approvals, while ensuring compliance with OFAC checks and bank policies. From supporting daily balancing and lockbox processing to covering phone lines and reviewing reports, you'll play an important part in keeping our electronic banking operations strong and reliable. This is an onsite position in Waukesha County, WI

Responsibilities

• Set up online banking access, e-statements, and Treasury Management services for business customers, including ACH, wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and Remote/Mobile Deposit Capture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain smooth electronic banking operations.
• Work with wire transfers, Directo a Mexico processing, and ACH file approvals while ensuring OFAC compliance and adherence to bank policies.
• Support daily balancing and lockbox processing; cover phone lines and review operational reports.
