Job Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Align all stakeholders (business and technology) around common product vision, prioritizing design and implementation and meeting both business and feature goals for the Marketing and Sales teams. Set up product roadmaps, epics, and workstreams that will guide product testing and implementation. Deploy an agile data modelling platform that handles profile and time series data processing. Coordinate with data engineers to process data coming from real-time customer records and engagements. Deliver a full-scope technology solution that includes platforms and component applications. Working with system engineers, configurators, and architects, integrate the customer journey orchestration (CJO) platform with existing Marketing and Sales technology stacks and overall Autodesk product implementation processes. Execute a deployment process that aligns all business channels. Overhaul the system for CJO deployment and future application additions. Evolve internal business processes for Brand Marketing, Industry Marketing, and Demand Generation teams in accordance with CJO practices. Work with change management to create management, training, and documentation to ensure all impacted business units are prepared for process and technology changes. Develop a new set of analytic dashboards which are concentrated on customer journey and experience related metrics along with conventional campaign and business metrics. Using new metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting framework, evaluate CJO rollout performance and future CJO implementation. Collaborate and manage technology and implementation vendors for support and consulting services. Identify, iterate, track, and align project steps and milestones with goals and product strategy. Employing agile methodology, continuously work with project management group and workstream leads to tune steps and ensure deployment is on-time and within budget. Coordinate with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance of the CJO platform and data modelling with all Autodesk mandated security measures. Act as a champion for the marketing technology stack, advocating for its capabilities and driving organizational alignment around its value proposition.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing Technology or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a product management-related occupation.

Skill Requirements: Position requires at least 6 years of experience in each of the following skills: 1. Build and optimize a tech stack to support omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring interoperability and data flow between systems. 2. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand business needs and translate them into a cohesive MarTech strategy. 3. Utilize Agile principles to manage sprints, backlogs, and product releases, with a focus on delivering incremental value and adapting to feedback. 4. Lead change management efforts to ensure that new MarTech solutions are adopted and fully utilized across the organization, including training and enablement programs. 5. Align omnichannel efforts with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable business outcomes. 6. Expertise in designing and mapping end-to-end customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, leveraging journey analytics, behavioral data, and real-time orchestration to optimize customer experiences and drive engagement. 7. Expertise in marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, CDP and CRM systems, and advanced analytics tools) to enhance data-driven decision-making, audience segmentation, and omnichannel activation. 8. Assess, evaluate, and procure MarTech SaaS solutions to enable a scalable omnichannel experience strategy, leading the selection of key platforms (CDPs, Marketing Automation Systems, CRMs, CMS) by conducting vendor assessments, integration feasibility analysis, and aligning capabilities with business objectives. 9. Leverage ActionIQ & Segment Customer Data & Journey Orchestration platforms to design and implement omnichannel marketing strategies using progressive identity profiling across email, web, social, and paid media. That connect with activation points through REST API or native connectors. Ensure seamless connectivity with Adobe Marketo, Salesforce, Advertising Demand Side Platforms like Demandbase & Trade-desk etc. 10. Deploy optimization capabilities that enables business to conduct experimentation at scale leveraging engagement platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, optimization platforms like Target & Optimizely. Optimization efforts are to be complemented by real time reporting capabilities visualized through PowerBI. 11. Incorporate industry trends, AI-driven real time personalization, and real-time data activation via cloud data platform like Snowflake. Integrate server-side tagging like Conversion APIs (CAPI), API-first architectures, and composable MarTech solutions to enhance cross-channel engagement and ensure measurable business impact. 12. Leverage decisioning engines and behavioral analytics (e.g.,Pando, Amplitude) to optimize customer interactions. Implement automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow & dbt) and AI-driven engagement models to enhance personalization, increase engagement using in-product messaging service and drive conversion throughout the customer lifecycle. 13. Develop Headless Content Management System (HCMS) like Contentful that focuses on optimizing end to end content lifecycle and localization/publishing capabilities that sync content using API to Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, SendGrid and advertising platforms.
