This hybrid role is based in the US (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco) or remote within the US, depending on team and business needs. Base pay range : $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr What You'll Do

Client Relationship be the primary point of contact with the client and internal teams for media activation, developing and maintaining productive client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations, deliverables and execution of paid media exceed expectations. Strategy support creation of decks translating objectives into tangible media plans; counsel internal teams and clients to advance digital capabilities; help identify opportunities to enhance client success. Operations oversee teams for smooth orchestration of activities across multiple clients; manage day-to-day campaign activation challenges; translate data into business insights; build partnerships with media partners and stay ahead of industry changes. Who You Are

A leader who can mentor and guide teams to deliver exceptional work for clients. An omnichannel expert across paid search, display, social, video (OLV/CTV), audio, and personalization; curious and proactive about trends and technology. Calm under pressure with the ability to guide teams through tight deadlines and obstacles to resolution. A strategic thinker who also takes action to implement solutions; strong client service and account management skills. Excellent written and verbal communicator with stakeholders at all levels. What You Should Have

7+ years of experience managing media with hands-on buying, implementation, trafficking, and optimization across multiple disciplines. Some experience in pharma/healthcare preferred. Knowledge of planning/buying across social, search, display, OLV/CTV, audio, mobile; familiarity with programmatic platforms. Experience with advanced data strategies to activate targeted media; understanding of end-to-end media strategy, execution and analysis. Experience with Martech platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo) and measurement tools; strong knowledge of the media ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP, CDP, analytics). Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver results and maintain trust; exposure to new business development is a plus. Pay Range
