Title: Material Handler Duration: 04 Months Contract Location: Loveland, CO This position is 100% onsite at the Loveland site (1st Shift) 6AM-2:30PM Monday thru Friday

Position Summary: Top 3 must have skills Candidate should have experience with receiving parts from dock and place into inventory. Utilize order tickets (physical and electronic) to identify the part to be picked and complete the transaction accurately in the computer system Conduct physical inventory which includes accurate counting & quantifying, bin location, and physical location via daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions to perform work duties within safety, quality, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities: This role is heavily focused on precise cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and warehouse processing. Shipping / receiving experience, cycle counting, inventory planning, etc.. and other duties assigned as needed by the demands of the business. Work closely with colleagues to stock, monitor, and audit inventory levels and distribute raw materials as needed. Kitting of raw materials for production, operating a pallet jack, and adhering to attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and quickly completing assigned tasks. High level of focus on inventory accuracy & placement of inventory into bin locations. Transact parts to necessary bin locations within Oracle E-Business Suite to apply Kanban processes in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.
Strong inventory counting, math skills, communication, time management, and organizations skills. Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.

We are currently seeking a Material Handler who is highly organized that will be responsible for various material handling functions needed to directly support the Production team, the Supply Chain Planning team, and the shipping team (link removed) Sciences Supply Chain team requiring an enthusiastic self-starter with drive to learn and improve existing processes when and where possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for: High level of focus on customer service for consolidating finished goods from production with individual parts, sub-assemblies, kits, and accessories. Transacts parts to necessary stockrooms in Oracle E-Business Suite to prepare orders for shipping and use Kanban practices in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards. Work closely with colleagues to examine, monitor, and audit stock and distribute materials. Kitting of raw materials for production, operating a pallet jack, and adhering to the policy of the Kanban system. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and other duties assigned as needed by the demands of the business.

The required qualifications for the job include: High school diploma or GED equivalent & must be able to lift (up to) 45-lbs and work overtime as needed. Strong math skills, communication, time management, and organizations skills.
Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English. 2+ years of experience in Materials Handler position and Inventory Control preferred. Highly detailed, accurate, analytical, metric/results-driven with professional & concise communication. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
The ability to read, write, understand, and speak English is required. Experience with MRP/ERP systems, Computer skills and data entry knowledge / MS Office or Windows (link removed)> It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Oracle or other ERP system experience is preferred. Detail oriented performer that is results driven with a strong sense of time organization and urgency.
