Our client, a leading supplier in the hardware and distribution industry, is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support and Logistics team supporting order processing and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range:
$17 per hour
Shift:
Sunday to Friday, 12pm-5pm or 1pm-6pm
What's the Job?
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Check inventory across all locations to fulfill orders efficiently
Coordinate and schedule deliveries using company vehicles or drop-shipment options
Communicate with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries
What's Needed?
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or order processing is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp
Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics coordination is a plus
