Our client, a leading logistics and customer service organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Saturday off Wednesday, 10:30am - 6:00pm
What's the Job?
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, working towards satisfactory resolutions
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and customer inquiries
Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed
What's Needed?
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
