We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage mid to large-scale infrastructure and release management projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, project and program management, and experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite. This role requires collaboration across engineering, design, and operations teams, with a focus on release coordination, defect tracking, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycle including planning, execution, release coordination, and reporting. Lead release management activities, including scheduling resources for implementation and testing. Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, and engineering teams to track tasks and defects. Participate in daily standups and provide updates to management and status systems. Coordinate testing activities during Sunday change windows (flexibility required). Review project schedules, budgets, staffing, and risks to ensure successful delivery. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership throughout project phases. Apply design thinking and process improvement methodologies to enhance delivery. Support after-hours or weekend implementations as needed. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent technical experience. 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure or data center project management. 5–7 years of experience in program/product management and release management. Experience working with technology teams including design/build engineers, operations, and architects. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite and project documentation tools. Familiarity with Agile development lifecycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices. Preferred Qualifications

Background in colo/data center migrations. Experience in engineering, WAN/LAN design, and process improvement initiatives. Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or project management methodologies.
