Location: Pleasanton, CA (with occasional travel to Castro Valley clinic – 10 minutes away)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time

Job Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and visitors warmly, following C-I-CARE standards
Checking patients in and out, verifying insurance and demographic details
Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments using Epic (EHR)
Answering multi-line phones, routing calls, and responding to inquiries
Maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Performing administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a medical office or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (Epic preferred)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
