What Youll Do:
Consult with customers to assess vehicle needs and recommend services Communicate service specials and options clearly Translate customer concerns into actionable technician notes Document declined services and future recommendations Maintain high CSI scores through proactive communication Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency Promote a safe and healthy work environment
What Youll Bring: Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Toyota experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Problem-solving and active listening abilities Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred) Valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to multitask and thrive in a team setting Please upload your resume.
