Title: Accountant (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)

Location: Murrysville, PA
Salary: $70,000

We are seeking an Accountant (AR/AP) to handle daily accounting tasks at a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Primary tasks involve cash reports, order entry, invoicing and finished goods management
• GL account analysis, journal entries
• Preparation of check runs
• Record cash receipts
• Prepare monthly reports
• Monitor accounts for payments
• Respond to vendor requests for payment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years' experience, supervisory experience a plus
• Experience/exposure to working in purchasing a plus
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong organizational & problem solving skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• As a condition of employment, candidates MUST be a US Citizen
