Soni's client is seeking a strategic yet hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to establish and lead their first centralized marketing function. This person will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, sharpening brand positioning, and equipping business development and investment banking teams with the marketing support they need to succeed.

The right candidate will be equally comfortable setting strategy and executing campaigns. This is an opportunity for a "builder-doer" who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both the fundamentals of marketing and emerging AI-driven tools, and can create measurable impact.

Who You Are

• 5-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or tech-related sectors.
• Hands-on expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and sales-driven content.
• Strong understanding of martech platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics tools, AI-enabled platforms).
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and digital campaign execution.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and ROI.
• Excellent communicator-clear, collaborative, and able to influence at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategy and execution, and building from the ground up.

Compensation: $140,000 - $185,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
