Position Title: Catering Supervisor - Camp Randall Stadium
Pay Range : $17.00 to $20.00

Job Summary Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated
Catering Supervisor
to lead food, beverage, and staff operations during UW-Madison Catering Events. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the quality of service, ensure smooth operations, and create memorable experiences for guests. If you have leadership experience in food service and are passionate about deliverying high-quality service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Oversee the
preparation and service
of food and beverages to ensure high quality, excellent taste, and proper presentation within established time frames. Manage
daily functions
by reviewing menus and production needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Monitor staff performance , ensuring all systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are used correctly. Assist with
setup and preparation
for catering events, ensuring everything is ready for service. Coordinate staff
during events to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Visit guest service areas to
assess guest satisfaction
and address any concerns. Enforce
safety and sanitation standards , ensuring cleanliness and proper procedures are following throughout each event. Uphold responsible alcohol service
policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests. Perform other duties as needed to support event success. Qualifications: Previous leadership experience
in food service or catering (preferred). Proven
food service experience , with a focus on high-quality standards. Ability to
