About the Role: As an MRI Technologist, you'll deliver high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams for a wide range of patients and clinical scenarios. You'll play a vital role in supporting radiologists and the broader care team by producing accurate diagnostic images and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You'll work with cutting-edge GE equipment and have access to a full PACS/EMR system to streamline workflow and care coordination. Key Responsibilities: Operate
GE Signa Artist (1.5T)
and
GE Signa Architect (3T)
MRI scanners to perform general and specialized imaging exams Perform patient positioning, provide exam information, and ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed Care for patients of all ages, including critical and sedated patients, across both inpatient and outpatient settings Navigate and document in
EPIC
(electronic health records) and
McKesson PACS Perform imaging studies in neuro, musculoskeletal (MSK), and body protocols, including advanced or complex cases Participate in safe imaging of patients with implants, including pacemakers, stimulators, and aneurysm clips Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in a Level 1 trauma environment Minimum Qualifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required BLS certification (American Heart Association) Minimum of
1 year of MRI experience
preferred (new grads will be considered with strong clinical training) Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range : $36 - $47/hour, based on experience Weekend Differential : Additional compensation discussed during interview Schedule : First Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Third Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Weekend and on-call requirements will be discussed in the interview Work Environment: 500+ bed hospital setting with 5 MRI magnets Imaging department located within a Level 1 trauma center Exposure to a broad patient population and a mix of inpatient and outpatient studies Opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging protocols in neuro, body, and MSK specialties No specific scrub color or style required - flexible dress code Why Join Us?
