Shipping And Receiving Specialist

Join our team as a Shipping And Receiving Specialist within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for managing the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role requires proficiency in SAP and Excel for scheduling and data entry, as well as hands-on packaging and general warehouse duties. Responsibilities

Schedule and receive deliveries using SAP and Excel. Manage FedEx and UPS deliveries efficiently. Handle packaging and other warehouse tasks at the shipping door. Operate forklifts safely and effectively. Perform general labor duties as needed. Conduct data entry and inventory management using Excel. Utilize RF scanners and WMS for cycle counts and material handling. Essential Skills

At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving. Strong proficiency in forklift operation. Experience with SAP, Excel, and inventory management systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment. Why Work Here?

The position is based in a medium-sized manufacturing company with locations in Abingdon and Belcamp, Maryland. You will work in the shipping and receiving department, which is small but integral to our operations. The environment is fast-paced and communication is key. Employees must wear steel-toed shoes for safety. The Abingdon location produces edible products, while the Belcamp site specializes in non-edible goods. The position involves working the first shift from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
