Now Hiring: Remote Customer Service Representatives (NJ Residents Only)
Start Date: September 22
Pay:
$18/hr (English-speaking)
$19/hr (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Requirements:
Must reside in New Jersey
Must have own equipment:
Hard-wired internet (min. 50mbps down / 15mbps up)
PC: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen+ w/2nd monitor, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage (50GB free), Windows 10+
Smartphone, webcam, wired headset
Training:
3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
Work Schedule (Open Enrollment: Nov 1–Jan 31):
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
Sat: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Last 2 Sundays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Last 3 days: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM EST
1 week post-enrollment: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries
Assist with healthcare applications, eligibility, and enrollment
Document interactions in system
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
6+ months experience
Strong data entry, phone, and communication skills
Fast-paced environment readiness
Customer service/call center experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish a plus
