Senior Investigator and Resolution Specialist (Equal Opportunity Consultant III)
reviews and evaluates employment and service-related customer protected class complaints and conducts fact-finding investigations. Supports the implementation of the Council's Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity, civil rights, equity and diversity objectives and initiatives through Council-wide training, providing guidance and consultation to Council employees. Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Any of the following combinations of experience in the investigation of EEO, ADA, AA or employment-related complaints and mediating conflict; AND completed education/degree in social science, law, human resources, public administration or related field. High school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of experience. Associate degree with six (6) years of experience. Bachelors degree with four (4) years of experience. Master's degree with two (2) years of experience. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with one (1) year of experience. Salary
Salary Range:
$85,987.20 - $139,526.40 Annually Application
