It supports the implementation of the Council's Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity, civil rights, equity and diversity objectives and initiatives through Council-wide training, providing guidance and consultation to Council employees. Responsibilities
Review and evaluate EEO, ADA, AA or employment-related complaints and conduct fact-finding investigations. Support implementation of equal opportunity and civil rights objectives through training and guidance to Council staff. Qualifications
Any of the following combinations of experience in the investigation of EEO, ADA, AA or employment-related complaints and mediating conflict; AND completed education/degree in social science, law, human resources, public administration or related field. High school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of experience. Associate degree with six (6) years of experience. Bachelors degree with four (4) years of experience. Master's degree with two (2) years of experience. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with one (1) year of experience. Salary
Salary Range:
$85,987.20 - $139,526.40 Annually Application
