The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while providing top-tier support to employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution for server, workstation, and network issues Offer remote IT support and coordinate with third-party service providers Maintain end-user productivity through proactive IT asset maintenance Collaborate with network providers to troubleshoot connectivity issues Administer and resolve workstation and networking software issues Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware and software Document all support activities and resolutions Assess needs at various locations and recommend IT solutions Support IT service rollouts and ensure project targets are met Uphold Cogirs valuesfocusing on people, fostering creativity, and striving for excellence Requirements: CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma required College diploma or university degree in a relevant IT field preferred Certifications such as ITIL, A+, N+, S+ are helpful Experience & Skills: At least three (3) years of frontline IT support in a multi-site environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Cloud/SaaS environments Experience with Azure/365 (User accounts, Exchange Online, SharePoint) Experience with ITIL-compliant ITSM tools (e.g., Zendesk, SysAid, ServiceNow) Knowledge of IT controls and hardware troubleshooting Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) Experience with UniFi, Meraki, and Watchguard is a bonus Bilingual in French is a strong asset Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical info for users Valid drivers license required WORK SETTING Hybrid work model: Scottsdale, AZ office + remote work If youre seeking a people-focused workplace that values innovation and excellence, apply today and grow your career with Cogir! #J-18808-Ljbffr
