Job Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Associate with 46 years of experience in equity transactions to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, the associate will handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing, working with a diverse client base that includes developers, investment companies, pension funds, and REITs.
