Staffmark is hiring a Technical Customer Care Specialist to support our client in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and product guidance while ensuring every client receives top-tier service. Schedule & Pay

$18/hr 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Do

Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other platforms to resolve product or application issues Handle routine questions about product usage and functionality Provide technical support through to resolution, keeping customers updated Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system Escalate and collaborate with other departments when needed Maintain expert-level knowledge of company processes, procedures, and tools What We're Looking For

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic PC skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy Data entry skills and attention to detail Previous customer service experience Ten-key skills (for payment transaction support) Familiarity with DMV forms, client requirements, or company-specific software
