1st Shift: Shipping/Inventory Clerk Needed

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and storing products, and supporting overall inventory control processes. Responsibilities include conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records in the inventory management system, receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition, storing products in designated locations according to established procedures, picking parts for work orders, preparing and maintaining inventory reports as required, assisting with cycle counting and inventory audits, supporting the inventory team in various tasks as needed, operating heavy equipment as necessary, including forklifts and pallet jacks, demonstrating versatility and adaptability by applying specialized knowledge and skills to support broader company objectives as directed by management, and performing additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience or training in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of supply chain and just-in-time (JIT) fundamentals, proficiency with inventory software such as Fishbowl is preferred, and understanding of inventory control principles. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
