Role Skills and Experience: Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns Adapting to different guest interactions and situations Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services Typical Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their needs Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience Thank the guest sincerely and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target Additional responsibilities include efficient scanning and bagging, minimizing wait times, promoting Target loyalty programs, assisting with digital features like Wallet, managing returns, de-escalating guest issues, maintaining a clean workspace, stocking supplies, ensuring safety, supporting various guest services, and other duties as needed.
