Skills and Experience: Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive experience Problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience Adapting to different guest interactions and situations Promoting and engaging with store benefits, offerings, and services Typical Responsibilities: Delivering excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality Promoting Target loyalty programs and app features Handling returns, de-escalating issues, and partnering with leaders as needed Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Supporting guest services like Starbucks Drive-Up and compliance with safety policies What Were Looking For: Enjoy working in a fun, energetic environment and delivering excellent service Enjoy interacting with people and making shopping easy for guests Able to work busy shifts, especially on weekends Basic Skills Needed: Effective communication and positive language Welcoming attitude and attention to detail Ability to operate technology and multi-task Remain focused in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements: Accurately handling cash transactions Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Learn more about benefits at Target Benefits.
