Opportunity:

RAD Tech - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• 40 hours per week with contracts available for 13-20 weeks

• Call requirement: weekdays 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM next morning, weekend call Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 7:30 AM

• Call schedule: twice weekly for two weeks per month, one call weekend per month

• Every third weekend requirement

• 30-minute callback time for STEMIs, variable IR callback based on procedure type

• Minimum 2 years experience required with IR experience essential (90% of cases are IR)

• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS

• Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience

• Skills required: scrub, circulate, telemetry, EKG lead placement

• Assist providers with diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures

• Work with adult and geriatric patients primarily with device implants (PPM, ICD)

• Work as part of three-member call team including one RN

• No floating requirements

• Scrubs provided

• 40-80 hours orientation

• No holiday RTO allowed

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
