Opportunity:
RAD Tech - Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
• On-call requirements for Monday through Friday and weekend call coverage
• Float between specialties within the lab as needed
• Work in STEMI and stroke receiving center with 4 labs
• Support cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology procedures
• Perform TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, Mitraclip procedures
• Handle diagnostic and interventional cardiology and neurology cases
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 6-8 patients across 4 rooms
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Required to work 2 weekends every 6-week schedule
• Minimum 1 year acute care Cath Lab experience required
• Stroke/interventional radiology experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (or RCIS), Fluoroscopy Permit, California state license
• LA fire card within last 30 days required
• Scrubs provided for Cath Lab
• Epic charting system used
• Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off once per two-week pay period

The facility features a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory with 4 labs supporting a wide range of cardiac, electrophysiology, and interventional procedures. The hospital provides advanced cardiovascular and neurological services with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation services.
