Position Overview:
As an Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by focusing on calling leads, setting appointments for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), and handling inbound phone calls from potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right energy solutions.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
Guaranteed Base Pay: $13/hour
Uncapped Commissions: Aggressive, competitive structure
Estimated Annual Earnings: $30,000–$35,000+
Transfer Target: 2-3/day
Conduct outbound calls daily from our Lindon office, leveraging appointments set by your dedicated SDR team.
Make outbound calls to leads and qualify them for appointments with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
Handle inbound phone calls from potential customers, answering questions and gathering information to determine their energy needs.
Engage potential customers to introduce Lion Energy’s products and assess their requirements.
Effectively communicate the benefits of renewable energy solutions and the value Lion Energy offers.
Schedule high-quality appointments for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to ensure a seamless handoff.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system (HubSpot).
Consistently meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting targets.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone presence.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), calling platforms (Kixie), and fulfillment processes (Shopify) is strongly preferred.
