Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and timelines to support the successful launch of a new product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and product design, to align project objectives and organizational goals.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables adhere to quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively, balancing competing priorities while staying within financial scope.
• Identify potential risks and devise proactive strategies to mitigate challenges throughout the project.
• Oversee testing phases, such as beta trials and pilot programs, gathering customer feedback to refine the product.
• Resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track and maintain alignment with deadlines.
• Facilitate the transition of the product to production and market teams, ensuring operational readiness for launch.
• Analyze post-launch performance and recommend improvements to optimize results.
• Utilize project management tools and platforms to track progress and communicate updates effectively.• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, particularly in product development and market launches.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration and project success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges.
• Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer-focused product development.
