We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager. The role is remote but requires 90% travel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects and programs, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop clear project plans, set deadlines, and assign tasks to team members effectively.

• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to senior management.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Apply innovative solutions to address project challenges and optimize outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to established procedures, practices, and industry standards.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.

• Experience with BlueBeam Revu and ProCore.

• Familiarity with industry practices, procedures, and standards.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent report preparation and presentation skills.

• Ability to think creatively and apply innovative solutions to challenges.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills to accomplish project goals.
